At Mount Sunapee Resort, we're passionate about helping people discover the joy of skiing and snowboarding. As a ski or snowboard instructor, you'll play a key role in shaping the next generation of winter sports enthusiasts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Teach group and private lessons to guests of all ages, with a focus on children
  • Deliver exceptional guest service and create a safe and fun learning environment
  • Support the snow sports school with tasks such as scanning, running surface lifts, and facilitating lunch
  • Provide feedback that inspires and motivates guests to continue improving their skills
Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable and competent skiing and riding on groomed blue terrain
  • Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older
  • Must be able to communicate fluently in English
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
