Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Radiation Therapist to join our team at Trinity Health. As a Radiation Therapist, you will play a critical role in preparing patients for radiation therapy treatments and assisting the Radiation Oncologist in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Radiation Oncologist in preparing patients for radiation therapy treatments
  • Give radiation therapy treatments under the supervision of the radiation physicist and oncologist
  • Document daily logs of correct dosages utilized
  • Record charges for services and materials used or delegate charges to be recorded
  • Use appropriate protective devices necessary to shield patients
  • Observe safety precautions when handling patients during administration of radiation therapy treatment
Requirements
  • Must be on the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) (T)
  • Must be a Registered Radiation Therapist
  • Must be BLS certified within 3 months of hire
