- Contribute to business analysis, including requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
- Configure Alfa Systems to meet client requirements and business processes.
- Provide application support, including defect investigation, triage, and QA.
- Assist with data conversion, including data mapping, transform and load development, and data reconciliation.
- Develop and deliver training materials and training sessions for clients.
- Prior experience working on Alfa implementations.
- Experience in the auto finance/equipment finance field.
- Business analysis and/or consultancy experience.
- Knowledge of software development life cycles (SDLC) and enterprise software implementation.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Competitive base salary range: USD [$130,000] to [$150,000] annually.
- Profit Share bonus scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
