Telemetry Registered Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Telemetry Registered Nurse to join our team at Providence Regional Medical Center Everett. As a Telemetry Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical center.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for a Telemetry Registered Nurse to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide exceptional care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care to patients on the Telemetry unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including ECG, blood pressure, and oxygen saturation.
  • Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician.
  • Document patient information accurately and thoroughly in the electronic medical record.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current Washington State Registered Nurse license.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a medical-surgical or critical care setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • National Certification in Telemetry or Critical Care Nursing.
