Job Summary:

As a DMV Transaction Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional member service by processing various motor vehicle transactions.

This role requires a high degree of attention to detail and effective communication skills to interact with members, dealerships, and UNIFY team members.

The salary for this position is estimated to be between $55,000 - $63,000 per year.

About the Position:
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current regulations for motor vehicle registration, titling, and licensing.
  • Process and obtain necessary documentation for DMV filings, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
  • Assist members and branch personnel with completing motor vehicle paperwork, providing clear guidance and support.
  • Perform title release functions within established time frames, maintaining pending files for follow-up and receipt of vehicle titles.
  • Review titles for accuracy and update designated systems, ensuring accurate title perfection ratings and compliance with department requirements.
  • Correspond with DMVs to update changes and ensure proper funds are received, providing lien satisfied documents to members as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of consumer lending/titles management experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of motor vehicle title liens and releases within 50 states required.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with proficiency in Symitar, Excel, and Word.
