About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at AccentCare, Inc. as a Home Health Caregiver. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with patients, supervisors, and colleagues to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Utilize your knowledge and skills to carry out our agency's philosophy and goals in providing patient care.
  • Document observations and provision of care according to our agency's policy and procedure.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment and assist in teaching family members and patients ways to simplify household tasks and cope with disabilities.
  • Recognize the physical, emotional, and developmental characteristics of the populations served by our agency, including the need for respect for the patient, their privacy, and their property.
Requirements
  • CNA Qualifications: Requires a current Home Health Aide/Nurse Aide Certificate if required by the state in which the aide is employed.
  • Home Health Aide Certification meeting HCFA requirements plus one (1) year experience as Home Health Aide and successful completion of competency evaluation.
  • Must possess and maintain valid CPR certification while employed in a clinical role.
  • Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
Compensation

Posted Salary Range: USD $19.50/Hr.
