Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective and existing customers, promoting our products and services, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to drive business growth and improve customer experiences
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of sales experience in a business-to-consumer (B2C) or business-to-business (B2B) setting
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business growth and improving customer experiences
