We are seeking a highly skilled Portfolio Manager to join our team in Collinsville, IL. As a Portfolio Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of energy efficiency professionals and leading large-scale innovative energy efficiency programs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage client relationships and serve as an advocate for clients and programs.
- Lead program staff, including education/awareness of program offerings, marketing activities, and assisting teams to meet or exceed goals.
- Coordinate with neighboring utilities (both gas and electric).
- Monitor and manage program budgets to ensure full utilization of funds while meeting or exceeding activity.
- Prepare activity reports as required to the client by the requested due date.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business, engineering, or other discipline.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing energy efficiency programs.
- Minimum of 5 years management/supervisory experience including hiring, coaching, performance reviews, and mentoring.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90K - $130K, based on experience. Additionally, we provide major medical, dental, vision, 401k, and statutory sick pay where required.
