Lead Case Manager

PacArctic, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company, is seeking a Lead Case Manager to support PAC and our government customer in Greensboro, NC. This position will be 100% onsite. This position is for a Future New Business Opportunity.
Job Summary:The Lead Case Manager will be responsible for overseeing the case management process, ensuring that all cases are properly managed and that clients receive the necessary support and services. The Lead Case Manager will also be responsible for supervising a team of case managers and providing guidance and support as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee the case management process, ensuring that all cases are properly managed and that clients receive the necessary support and services.
- Supervise a team of case managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Develop and implement case management plans, ensuring that they are tailored to the individual needs of each client.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management plans, making adjustments as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments and agencies to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support and services.
- Provide training and support to case managers, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively manage cases.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support and services.
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in case management, with a focus on supervisory or leadership roles.
- Strong knowledge of case management principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience working with vulnerable populations, such as children and families.
- Experience working in a government or non-profit setting.
- Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, such as the Family First Prevention Services Act.
