We are seeking a seasoned Lead Carpenter to join our team at Shambaugh Cleaning & Restoration. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our team of skilled carpenters to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of carpenters to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Develop and implement effective project plans and schedules
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals
  • Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a carpenter or lead carpenter
  • Proven track record of leading and managing teams
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
