Job Title: APRN/PA - Family Practice

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated APRN/PA to join our Family Practice team at Florida Medical Clinic Orlando Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of exceptional patient experiences.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, obtaining and recording health histories, performing physical and developmental assessments, ordering diagnostic tests and labs, diagnosing and treating health conditions, and managing patient care. Additionally, you will be expected to maintain accurate and timely documentation, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams, and participate in ongoing education and professional development.

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized care plans
  • Obtain and record health histories, perform physical and developmental assessments, and order diagnostic tests and labs
  • Diagnose and treat health conditions, manage patient care, and provide health education and counseling
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation, communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams, and participate in ongoing education and professional development
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
Requirements:
  • Florida Licensed APRN or PA
  • Previous Family Practice experience preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Ability to plan ahead, organize, and manage multiple priorities
