Job Title: Digital Product Manager

Highmark Health is seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to play a critical role in representing the customer's voice throughout the product development lifecycle.

Job Summary

This role will establish and evangelize the vision and strategy for assigned digital products, clearly articulate the 'why' behind the products, and own the digital product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Familiarize yourself with customer digital journeys, preferences, and expectations.
  • Identify problem areas, points of friction, and jobs to be done, and create and test hypotheses that translate problems into relevant digital solutions and experiences.
  • Serve as the point of contact for assigned digital products both internally and externally.
  • Participate in build, buy, or partner evaluations and vendor integration evaluations in collaboration with digital design, digital development, and other stakeholders.
  • Define, track, and monitor key performance indicators and outcomes of digital products.
  • Leverage quantitative metrics and qualitative observations to derive customer insights and digital product improvement opportunities.
  • Develop a holistic product vision and the corresponding product strategy to drive maximum value.
  • Clearly set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions across audiences, from product team to key stakeholders.
  • Manage the digital product roadmap and backlog and use input from customers and internal stakeholders to frequently refresh and re-prioritize the backlog.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with other Product Managers to ensure cross-product alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, Technology, Design, Healthcare, or related field.
  • 3 years of Digital Product Management experience.
  • 2 years in the Healthcare Industry.
  • Preferred: 3 years with Agile Software Development Methodology and Product Manager Certification.
Skills
  • Excellent written, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision with a high degree of organization and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of defining product requirements and launching successful products on schedule.
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle, from planning to delivery.
  • Ability to lead and influence others within a matrixed organization.
Work Environment

Office-based position with occasional travel required.
