CJ's Tire & Automotive is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Automotive Technician Trainee to join our team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a trainee to gain knowledge and experience in providing timely and error-free tire and automotive services. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and become a successful automotive technician.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform tire services, battery installations, oil changes, maintenance services, and multi-point inspections
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment
  • Work with fellow associates to provide exceptional customer service
  • Assist with additional duties assigned by the store manager

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving history, and access to reliable transportation
  • Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds, often repetitively
  • Ability to adapt to severe climate variances
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations professionally
