Expeditor To Go Associate

Job Summary

As a To Go Expeditor at Hannaford, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our To Go service. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers in picking up their online orders, handle cash pickups and change orders, and provide exceptional customer service. You will also be responsible for supervising the performance of all duties and responsibilities of all To Go associates.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers in picking up their online orders and handle cash pickups and change orders as requested.
Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience.
Supervise the performance of all duties and responsibilities of all To Go associates.
Maintain a neat and organized workspace, including the To Go area and surrounding areas.
Ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner, including processing transactions, handling customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate records.

Requirements

Effective communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise and motivate team members.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends.

Working Conditions

Work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent customer interactions.
Stand for long periods of time and move around the store as needed.
Lift up to 25 pounds and push/pull carts as needed.
Work in a cold environment with frequent exposure to refrigerated and frozen products.
Work in a team environment with frequent communication with colleagues and management.
