Construction Foreman

Blythe Development Co, a leading general contractor, is seeking a skilled Utility Foreman to oversee field operations of a pipe crew. This role involves engaging in trade work performed by the crew and ensuring all safety precautions and quality standards are met.

• Supervise pipe crew and report to Superintendent
• Operate and supervise heavy equipment on project sites
• Read, understand, and interpret drawings and specifications
• Provide reports on time and materials
• Ensure compliance with local specifications, materials, and methods

• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or carry 50+ lbs
• Proven experience supervising subsurface construction, ability to multi-task and resolve issues
