About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Closer to join our Mortgage Team at Waukesha State Bank. As a Mortgage Closer, you will play a pivotal role in transforming mortgage approvals into happy homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and package closing disclosures and mortgage loan documents with precision and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with loan officers, underwriters, and title companies to guarantee that all closing conditions are met.
  • Ensure that every loan is flawlessly disbursed and activated on our Navigator system.
