TeamHealth is seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team at Aspirus Riverview in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. As a member of our emergency department team, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented group of clinicians and provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide emergency medical care to patients in a variety of settings, including the emergency department and urgent care centers.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Conduct physical exams, order diagnostic tests, and interpret results to diagnose and treat medical conditions.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care and safety.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce medical errors.
Requirements:
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine or a related field.
- Current ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
- Ability to obtain ATLS certification or previously been certified.
- 12-hour shifts.
- Full support of a clinical team of physicians and advanced practice clinicians.
