  • Manage investigations into customer complaints and ensure appropriate corrective actions are taken.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the food or beverage sector.
  • Demonstrated success in quality assurance leadership, including team management and development.
  • In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and quality management systems (e.g., HACCP, SQF).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
  • Strong organizational skills and effective time management.
  • Proven ability to inspire and lead a team.
