Job Title: Associate General Dentist

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will provide a wide range of dental care services in a supportive and collaborative environment. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for career growth, with the potential for partnership in a thriving practice.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive general dental care, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
Develop personalized treatment plans to meet patients' oral health needs.
Collaborate with a team of experienced dental professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Educate patients on oral health, preventative care, and treatment options.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with practice policies and regulations.

Qualifications:
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
Current state licensure to practice dentistry.
Strong clinical skills and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Interest in professional development and potential partnership opportunities.

Benefits:

Attractive Compensation:

Earning potential between $200,000 and $280,000+ annually, with options for a competitive salary or a percentage of net production.
