Job DescriptionThis opportunity is for an Internal Medicine Board Certified/Board Eligible physician to join our existing physician group for inpatient services at our facilities in Kalamazoo and Battle Creek, MI. You will be responsible for diagnosing illnesses, prescribing treatment, and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care.
- Coverage for both hospitals may be required on a rotating schedule of days, weekends, and nights.
- Weekends are required.
- Bronson has an affiliation with Western Michigan Medical School, allowing physicians to round with residents.
- Hospital-employed.
- Full-time with flexible scheduling.
- Opportunities for participation in Committees and quality work.
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Prior completion of a residency in Internal Medicine.
- Family Medicine candidates may be considered if they are Board Certified and have a minimum of 2 years' experience in inpatient hospital medicine.
- Current and Unrestricted State Medical License as MD/DO and DEA Licensure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate and quality patient-centered care.
