- Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
- Education: Master's degree in psychology, social work, or a related field, with a focus on marriage and family therapy.
- Licensure: Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in the state of practice.
- Certifications: Certification in one or more treatment modalities, such as CBT or DBT.
- Clinical Experience: At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, with a focus on working with families and adolescents.
- Bilingual Skills: Bilingual communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
