Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales and Service Associate. In this role, you'll provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships with clients, and help them achieve their tanning goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all clients' needs are met and treated professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by understanding and meeting their needs.
  • Make recommendations for products and services to clients.
  • Maintain the minimum sales requirements.
  • Multi-task by cleaning beds as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
  • Assist with maintaining cleanliness of salon tanning rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
  • Ability to bend at the waist to clean tanning equipment.
  • Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
  • Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced salon environment.
Compensation:

$17.00 per hour
