Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular patrols of the premises, either on foot or by vehicle, to prevent and identify criminal activities such as theft and vandalism.
  2. Monitor surveillance systems and alarms to quickly address any security issues or suspicious activities.
  3. Interact with customers and staff in a professional manner while maintaining a strong security presence.
  4. Respond promptly to emergencies, including thefts, medical emergencies, or fires, adhering to established safety protocols.
  5. Implement company policies and local regulations to ensure a secure environment for all individuals.
  6. Document security incidents, patrols, and other activities accurately in daily logs.
  7. Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services as necessary to resolve security matters.
  8. Assist employees during high-risk activities, such as cash handling, to ensure their safety.
  9. Engage in continuous training to improve skills related to security and emergency response.

Qualifications:

  1. Possession of a valid BSIS issued exposed firearms permit and Guard Card is required.
  2. Experience in law enforcement, military, or security is preferred.
  3. Completion of firearms training and proficiency testing is mandatory.
  4. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  5. Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.
  6. Exceptional judgment and decision-making capabilities.
  7. Must have a duty belt, Level 3 duty holster, level 3A body armor, and permits for baton, OC spray, and taser.
  8. Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response is essential.

Work Schedule:

  • Full-Time: 40 hours per week
  • Shift: Evening hours
