We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Executive Director of Emergency Services to lead our team at LifeBridge Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all activities of the Emergency Department, Clinical Decision Unit/Observation, and Vascular Services.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
- Lead and mentor managers and staff in leadership skills and critical thinking abilities
- Ensure adherence to hospital and departmental policies and procedures
- Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to improve service and enhance quality
- Participate in budgeting and budget monitoring processes
- Build a culture of accountability and excellence
- Master's degree required
- Registered Nurse (RN) License; American Heart Association CPR BLS
- CEN, ENCP, TNCC certs preferred
- 7+ years of experience in Emergency Department leadership
