  • Financial Acumen:
    • Manage event budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities and making data-driven decisions to stay within financial guidelines.
  • Logistical Expertise:
    • Coordinate logistical aspects of events, including venue selection, vendor management, catering, audio-visual requirements, transportation, and other event-related services.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field (or relevant work experience)
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • At least 3-5 years of experience leading teams of diverse skillsets
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in event management, creative management, or hospitality preferred
Compensation Package:

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience, estimated to be in the range of $80,000-$100,000 per year. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, a 403(b) retirement plan, paid time off (PTO), and paid holiday days.
