About the Job

Generis Tek Inc is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in Mount Morris, IL. As a Senior SLP, you will have the opportunity to work with patients who require speech, language, cognitive, developmental, or swallowing disorders.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions. You will also be required to communicate effectively with patients, families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals.

Requirements

  • Must hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Must be licensed or certified in the state of employment
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Speech Language Pathologist, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with electronic documentation systems and regulatory requirements

Compensation and Benefits
