**Job Summary**
We are seeking a compassionate Caregiver to join our Calabasas Community. As a certified Great Place to Work, we provide competitive compensation and exceptional benefits to our full-time team members.
**Responsibilities**
* Provide compassionate care and assistance to residents living with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or another memory impairment
* Assist residents in activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene, dining, etc.)
* Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and your Silverado team
* May also include keeping proper care records and reporting any changes to nursing team
**Requirements**
* Personal or professional experience as a caregiver or caring for someone with Alzheimer's disease, dementia, or another debilitating illness preferred
* Loves people
* Has compassion and patience
* Is comfortable working around animals and pets
* A quick learner who is dedicated to professional growth
* Is ethical, honest, dependable, and open-minded
* Is an effective communicator in both verbal and written English
