Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service and attention throughout their stay.
  • Manage and coordinate room assignments, check-ins, and check-outs to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide accurate and timely information to guests regarding resort facilities, services, and activities.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that all guest needs are met.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • No prior experience is necessary, but previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
