Outside Appointment Setter

As an Outside Appointment Setter with JKR Windows, you will play a crucial role in scheduling in-home sales consultations with residential homeowners. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential customers, educate them on the benefits of replacement window solutions, and establish a robust pipeline of appointments that convert into successful sales and installations.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can effectively build rapport with homeowners, communicate the value of our products, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in daily residential canvassing to generate qualified sales consultations
• Educate homeowners on the advantages of replacement window solutions
• Participate in daily sales team training sessions and meetings
• Provide an exceptional customer experience through thorough follow-up
• Meet and surpass monthly and quarterly performance targets

Requirements:

• Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Availability for flexible full-time hours (up to 40 hours per week)
• Best-in-class communication and interpersonal skills
• Completion of relevant Sales and Technician Training programs
• Consistent performance in a fast-paced, KPI-oriented environment
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Compensation:

Yearly expected earnings: $90,000-$100,000
