Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join our team at All Med Search. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our healthcare services.

Compensation Package: $78,000 - $105,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in respiratory care, with experience in acute care settings. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, conduct assessments and evaluations, and develop effective treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver respiratory care services to patients, including oxygen therapy, ventilation management, and airway clearance techniques.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to identify respiratory needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and departmental policies.

Requirements:

  • One year of recent acute care experience in respiratory care (RRT) is required.
  • Licensed by the Texas Department of Health as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP).
  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification.
  • BLS certification is mandatory; ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications within six months of hire.
