Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal counsel and support on corporate law issues, including contracts, commercial dealings, intellectual property rights, and employment regulations.

Draft and negotiate legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Advise on corporate transactions, governance matters, and compliance with regulations.

Assist in the resolution of legal disputes and engage in litigation when required.

Keep informed about legal developments and regulations that may affect the organization.

Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law institution.

Active membership in the state bar association.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law practice.

Strong understanding of contract law, corporate governance, and commercial transactions.

Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.

Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
