As a Registered Nurse at Apploi Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, you will provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with other healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

About the Role:

This full-time Registered Nurse position is responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. You will also have the opportunity to participate in multidisciplinary teams and contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct patient care, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign checks
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop and implement interventions to address patients' identified needs
  • Document patient progress and care provided accurately and thoroughly
  • Participate in multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services

Requirements:

  • RN/LPN licensure required
  • 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse preferred
