Job Summary

An Onsite Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our apartment communities, including leasing, marketing, resident services, and turnover management. This role requires a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with prospects, residents, vendors, and colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Manage 32 units
  • Conduct leasing activities, including showings, lease signings, and change of terms tracking
  • Maintain accurate property and resident information in Appfolio
  • Manage vendor performance and ensure timely completion of work orders
  • Participate in recurring On-Site Management Council meetings
  • Conduct weekly review of dashboard metrics and create action plans for timely resolution

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in property management
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to live on-site
  • Proficient in basic computer programs, including Microsoft Office and Appfolio
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Valid driver's license and current proof of insurance

What We Offer

A competitive hourly rate of $20.00 and a part-time schedule of 16 hours per week.
