Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team at an excellent healthcare facility in Pinedale, Wyoming. As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing therapy and rehabilitation services to patients, creating individualized plans of treatment, and promoting effective and safe recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients, identify diagnoses, and develop comprehensive plans of care.
  • Perform age-appropriate competency skills and follow intervention protocols.
  • Document patient progress and discharge patients when goals have been met or medical necessity no longer warrants intervention.
  • Work cooperatively with supervisors and peers to contribute to the overall productivity of the team.
Requirements
  • Active state license as a physical therapist.
  • Current BLS/CPR certification.
  • 6 months of PT experience within the last 5 years.
