Rusty Taco is seeking a dynamic Host/Cashier to enhance the guest experience and contribute to the long-term success of our fast-casual concept.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop a welcoming atmosphere for guests, fostering a sense of community and promoting our brand.
  • Effectively communicate with guests, introducing them to our offerings and informing them about specials and promotions.
  • Manage the front counter, lobby, bathrooms, and soda station, ensuring impeccable cleanliness and organization.
  • Verify age requirements for alcoholic beverage consumption and accurately process transactions using our register system.
  • Address guest complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues to management as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with SERV Safe Alcohol, Food, and HACCP standards, as well as federal, state, and local laws and company policies.
  • Foster strong working relationships within the team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A customer-centric approach, prioritizing guest satisfaction and supporting colleagues.
  • Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow with our team.
