Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented Machinist to become a part of our dedicated team. The successful candidate will possess a solid background in both manual and CNC machining, with a particular focus on lathe operations. Key Responsibilities:
1. Operate both manual and CNC machinery to fabricate precision components.
2. Execute lathe operations with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
3. Interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings effectively.
4. Maintain a safe and efficient working environment for all machinery.
5. Deliver high-quality outputs while adhering to strict tolerances and deadlines.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a machinist, with a strong emphasis on manual machining capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of both manual and CNC equipment.
- A journeyman card is advantageous but not essential.
- Strong lathe operation skills are highly regarded.
- Leadership experience in managing a machining department is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within a machining environment.
- Capability to operate and troubleshoot various manual and CNC machines.
- Strong organizational and leadership attributes.
