The Medical Biller - Business Office will be responsible for accurately billing patient accounts, submitting claims, and ensuring timely reimbursement. This role requires strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately bill patient accounts and submit claims in a timely manner
- Ensure proper documentation is occurring in the patient accounting system
- Communicate with patients and healthcare providers to resolve billing issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in a hospital, physician practice, or health insurance environment required
- At least 1 year of medical billing experience strongly preferred
