Barista

Rook Coffee is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional customer experience by brewing and serving high-quality coffee. You will work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and handling ongoing priorities with ease. We are looking for someone who is friendly, approachable, and able to build strong relationships with customers. If you have experience working in a customer-facing role, particularly in the food or hospitality industry, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere
* Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and other beverages
* Maintain a clean and organized workspace
* Work effectively in a team environment
* Meet sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
* Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends
