Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, selling skills, and product knowledge to our customers. You will work closely with our painting professionals to provide expert advice and recommendations, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sell and promote Dunn-Edwards products, including paints, coatings, and related materials.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, including painting professionals and homeowners.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activity.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the coatings industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Valid driver's license required.
