We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Partner to join our team at Pegasus Senior Living. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:- Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with daily living activities, medication management, and mobility assistance.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, their families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on best practices in geriatric care and support.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure residents receive comprehensive care and support.
- Applicable credentials as required by state
- A minimum of one year relevant experience working with older adults (preferred)
- Competitive salary range: $16.50
