Compensation
Our total compensation typically ranges from $90K to $130K annually. This includes a base salary complemented by an incentive plan designed to help you reach your compensation goals.

Paid Time Off Structure:
- 1 Year: 40 Hours
- 2 Years: 80 Hours

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and guide Service, Maintenance, and Installation Technicians.
- Ensure HVAC Apprentices receive comprehensive training.
- Recruit, interview, train, manage, and assess field technicians.
- Conduct ride-alongs with technicians and provide constructive feedback.
- Ensure all repairs and installations adhere to the highest quality standards and obtain necessary permits.
- Communicate and monitor team goals.
- Manage workloads and schedules to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Effectively dispatch technicians.
- Assist technicians with field-related issues.
- Facilitate weekly team meetings.
- Resolve customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure departmental operations comply with regulations and safety standards.
- Promote a culture of safety within the team.
- Provide management with insights on market trends, revenue opportunities, and customer feedback.
- Manage departmental budget and achieve gross margin targets.
- Meet or exceed company objectives.
- Maximize lead opportunities and retain Club Membership clients.
- Manage inventory, equipment, and service fleet.
- Review and approve new products and services.
- Perform administrative duties related to field technician paperwork, personnel evaluations, and expense reports.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as assigned by the General Manager or Owner.
- Uphold and teach the company's Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.
Our Hiring Process

- Participate in a Zoom meeting with the Hiring Manager.
- If mutually agreeable, an in-person interview will be scheduled with the Department's Management.

Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver's License
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of current code requirements
- Understanding of accounting and finance as it pertains to the industry
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Physical Demands and Work Environment
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional climbing up and down stairs
- Moderate lifting may be required
- Ability to work more than 40 hours per week and up to 12 hours per day
Work Environment:
- Frequent speaking and listening using a headset
- Sitting and using hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse
- Handling various objects
- Long periods working at a computer
- Service center environment with moderate noise levels
