About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic engineering team at Jobot. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a wide range of equipment and machinery to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency within our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of machinery and equipment to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns.
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on various types of equipment, including boilers, chillers, and refrigeration systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues, including VFD, to minimize downtime and disruption to operations.
  • Interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals for equipment installation, repair, and maintenance.
  • Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities, generating reports, and managing spare parts inventory.
  • Perform welding tasks as needed, including MIG, to repair equipment and maintain structural integrity.
  • Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all staff.
  • Train junior technicians and provide guidance on maintenance best practices.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in mechanical maintenance and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with machine maintenance technology.
  • Experience with boilers and conveyor systems.
  • Experience with CMMS for maintenance management.
  • Skills in repair, MIG, maintenance, and welding.
