Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Manager to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of our inventory, directing and monitoring material flow, and developing strategies for storage, put-away, and replenishment of manufacturing lines.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of inventory records and cycle counts.
  • Develop and implement efficient material flow processes to meet manufacturing and customer demand.
  • Design and implement a Plan for Every Part (PFEP) to optimize storage, put-away, and replenishment strategies.
  • Develop and maintain robust processes for picking and shipping customer orders and production orders.
  • Investigate and recommend technology and automation solutions to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance.
  • Plan and implement changes to the warehouse layout to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Perform metrics reporting and data analysis to identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Implement daily management tools for planning, performance tracking, and problem-solving.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement efforts to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and promote a positive work environment.
  • Communicate expectations to team members and provide feedback through coaching, performance reviews, and training.
  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints and issues related to shipments and delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, logistics, engineering, supply chain, or a related field.
  • 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations.
  • Minimum of 6 years of direct warehouse leadership experience.
  • Experience managing complex internal and external customer relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other analytical tools.
