The Maintenance Supervisor at KW Property Management LLC oversees the maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping departments, ensuring timely completion of work orders and maintaining a safe working environment.
About the RoleThis full-time position is responsible for supervising team members in all assigned areas, managing department schedules, controlling costs, and upholding standards and expectations of the company and community.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervision and Team Management: Supervise and assign tasks to maintenance and groundskeeping staff, motivate and encourage staff to comply with safety standards, and manage overtime effectively.
- Inventory Management: Order, maintain, and keep full stock of materials needed to complete work orders.
- Work Order Management: Ensure work orders are updated and completed in a timely manner.
- Cost Control: Maintain control over costs while staying within budget.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least two years of general experience in building trades, repair and replacement maintenance, or handy-work. You should also possess effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as the ability to provide professional written reports and make recommendations to the Property Manager and the Client.
Salary and BenefitsThe estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000, depending on location and experience. KW Property Management LLC offers a competitive benefits package, including opportunities for growth and development.
