Cosmetics Artist Liaisons play a vital role in maintaining excellent customer relationships and driving sales performance at Anastasia Beverly Hills.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Cosmetics Artist Liaison to meet or exceed set retail sales goals, provide expert applications of our products, and develop strong relationships with customers and Retailers.

Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed set retail sales goals provided for each shift.
  • Expertly apply Anastasia Beverly Hills cosmetics for various occasions.
  • Maintain superior product knowledge and reinforce proper application techniques at refresher courses and seasonal workshops.
  • Develop lasting relationships with customers and Retailers.
  • Facilitate bookings and fill open appointments to support team goals.

Qualifications

  • Prior cosmetics artistry experience is mandatory.
  • Exceptional selling skills with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Ability to work out of multiple locations during store peak hours.
  • Monthly availability of 20 hours is required.

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year.
