Sales Team Member Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Office Representative to join our team at Jean Stewart - State Farm Agent. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting our insurance products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and prospecting.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized service to meet their needs.
You will be compensated with a salary of approximately $65,000 per year, plus commission and bonuses based on your performance. As part of our team, you will also enjoy benefits such as 401K, health insurance, paid time off, and flexible working hours.
