Position Overview

The LPN to ADN Bridge Program Instructor plays a crucial role in delivering comprehensive educational experiences to students pursuing advancement in nursing. Key Responsibilities

  • Instructional Duties:

  • Student Assessment:
    Monitor and evaluate student progress towards achieving educational objectives. Provide timely grading and feedback on coursework.
  • Safety and Compliance:
    Ensure adherence to safety protocols and accreditation standards within the instructional domain.
  • Collaboration:
    Engage with students, colleagues, and educational stakeholders to discuss instructional strategies and student progress.

Physical Requirements

Qualifications

  • Required:
    Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited institution and a valid Georgia Registered Nurse license.
  • Experience:
    A minimum of three years of full-time nursing experience in obstetrics, labor and delivery, or pediatrics within the last seven years.
  • Preferred:
    Prior teaching experience in an Associate Degree Nursing program and familiarity with student assessment tools.
