The Role
We are looking for a skilled Therapy Interventionist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one intervention services to children with autism and related disabilities in various settings. Your primary goal will be to increase communication and social skills, as well as develop self-regulation and coping strategies. If you're passionate about working in a dynamic and supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement daily therapeutic activities under the direct supervision and delegation of a Behavior Analyst.
• Develop and implement Individualized Service Plans with clients and their families/caregivers.
• Coordinate with other service providers to ensure consistency among client families/caregivers and all providers.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including behavioral data, daily notes, and weekly billing records.
• Ensure all documentation meets Medicaid and other federal, state, or BACB required regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision sessions with a Behavior Analyst to discuss client updates, progress, or concerns.
• Attend and participate in scheduled staff meetings and trainings.
• Provide transportation for clients as needed during natural environment sessions.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures, and complete additional tasks necessary for the successful operation of the program.
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Eligibility to pass the Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) exam.
• Favorable Driving Record.
