Speech Language Pathologist

Benchmark Human Services is seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our Early Intervention Services team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a critical role in helping children with disabilities or delays develop essential skills that promote healthy growth and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify children's strengths and needs.
- Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) in collaboration with families and other team members.
- Provide evidence-based interventions and support to families to enhance their child's communication and language skills.
- Monitor progress and outcomes, making adjustments to IFSPs as needed.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to early intervention.
- Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Connecticut.
- One year of experience working with children in early intervention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
