Growth and Sales Leader

We are looking for a seasoned Medical Group Development Manager to join our sales team at Brightvision Capital Partners, LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strategies to achieve our revenue goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in complex sales and business development, with a strong understanding of the healthcare industry. You will work closely with our leadership team to determine market potential and develop target lists of independent primary care doctors and specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
- Conduct in-person initial sales meetings and presentations with physicians to build relationships and generate new business leads.
- Follow up with interested physicians and manage opportunities to close deals.
- Utilize Salesforce to track activities, leads, and pending deals.
- Collaborate with the national sales team to share best practices and contribute to ongoing relationship and sales support to recruited practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree preferred; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of complex sales or healthcare consulting experience in a highly competitive market.
- Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor in a highly competitive sales environment.
- Experience exceeding sales targets with a proven ability to generate in excess of $1 Million in sales.
Salary: $170K-$200K per year (base pay $85,000.00-100,000.00) plus variable compensation plan with an additional target of $85,000.00-100,000.00.
